U.S. Linings respects the privacy rights of our customers and is committed to protecting the information we collect.

Data Collection

U.S. Linings will not collect any personally identifiable information about you unless it is provided by you voluntarily. We use your information to provide the services you’ve requested. When you sign up for one or more of our services, we ask for information such as your name, contact number, email address, and zip or postal code to provide the best services possible.

We also record information that you submit when you (i) register for any event, (ii) subscribe to our newsletter or any other mailing list, (iii) submit a form, (iv) download material such as a case study, whitepaper, or other materials, (v) participate in contests or respond to surveys, or (vi) submit a form to request customer support or to contact US Linings for any other purpose.

Personal Information

We will not sell your personal information to any third party for any use or reason. Your information will only be used to support your relationship with U.S. Linings and its authorized dealers and distributors. We limit access to your personal information to our employees, partners and contractors who have a legitimate need to use it. If we share your information with other parties (like developers, authorized partners or service providers), they must have appropriate security measures and a valid reason for using your information, typically to serve you.

We keep your personal information for as long as it is legally required for the purposes stated in this Privacy Policy. When we no longer have a legitimate need to process your information, we will delete, anonymize, or isolate your information, whichever is appropriate.

How we will use your Personal Information

If you do submit personal information U.S. Linings and/or its authorized agents, dealers and distributors may use it in the following ways, unless stated otherwise at the time the information is provided:

  • To communicate with you regarding products and services that you have requested or signed up for, changes to this Privacy Policy, changes to the Terms of Service, or important notices. We may forward your information to authorized U.S. Linings dealers or distributors who may contact you.
  • To contact you regarding new products and services, upcoming events, offers, promotions, mailings and other information that we think will be of interest to you.
  • If your information is provided in connection with a sweepstakes, promotion or contest, we may also use your information to notify you if you are a winner.
  • To ask you to participate in surveys, or to solicit feedback on our products and services.
  • To provide customer support, and to analyze and improve our interactions with customers.
  • To update, expand and analyze our records, identify new customers, and provide products and services that may be of interest to you.
  • To monitor and improve marketing campaigns and make suggestions relevant to the user.

You may opt out of receiving newsletters and other non-essential messages by using the ‘unsubscribe’ function included in all such messages. However, you will continue to receive notices and essential transactional emails

Notifications

If you have enabled notifications on our desktop and mobile applications, we will push notifications through a push notification provider. You can manage your push notification preferences or deactivate these notifications by turning off notifications in the application or device settings.

Social Media interactions and Data

When you interact or engage with us on social media sites such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Google, Yahoo, Bing, Instagram or other social channels through posts, comments, questions and other interactions, we may collect such publicly available information, including profile information, to allow us to connect with you, improve our products, or better understand user reactions and issues. We must tell you that once collected, this information may remain with us even if you delete it from the social media sites.

You can request what personal information we have collected, used, and disclosed in the preceding 12 months. You can also request that we delete your personal information.
